- Well I started getting that ( though not with FastECS 11 - which I
- tried ) but with a Picasso II board. This was probably because I now
- needed max mem as I had to deselect 2 meg when fitting the Picasso II
- and I fiddled around with memory buttons
-
- I found it occurred if I had deselected ROm to FAstMEM first ( or what
- ever that button is ) Selecting that option allowed SS to boot
-
- It usually happened now I remember when I was running SS under a
- Softkicked 3.0 on my A2500 7 meg RAM ECS
-
- I either boot direct into SS under 2.1 for maximum mem or softkick 3.0 and
- I can run SS
- from there. Can't remember if I ever got "Not enough memory / or wrong
- display mode" under 2.1
